Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest child of singer Dionne Warswick, and gospel singer Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew up in a musical household. Her mother and she began singing professionally in the church of New Hope Baptist in Newark when Whitney was only 15 years old. They performed the back vocals in Chaka Khan's track from 1978 Im Every Woman. In the year 1981, she did a stint as a fashion model and appeared on the Seventeen album cover. She also performed the backing vocals for Lou Rawls and Jermaine. Her first gig was as a featured vocalist for the New York-based funk band Material in the year 1981. It was this high quality of her vocal work with them that attracted the attention of major record companies, such as Arista who signed her in 1983, and with whom she stayed for the rest of her professional career. The first Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It became one of the top-selling albums of an artist. The album contained several hit songs like How Will I Know You Give Good Love, Saving All My Love For you and The Most Beautiful Love of All. It was instrumental in her achieving seven US chart-topping songs in succession which beat the Beatles. It sold three million copies during its initial year, and over 25 million worldwide. She won her first six Grammy Awards. Whitney, her album Whitney which came out in 1987 and featuring the smash tracks What Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, built upon her previous success. However it is The Bodyguard (1996) that cemented her position as one of music's best sellers. While her movie performance as well as its soundtrack weren't popular, the Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You as well as the accompanying album topped charts all over the world for months. That same year she was married to Bobby Brown who was a former New Edition singer. She had their only daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. They were married in the month of March, 1993. Her drug addiction began at this point and by 1996, she had become a regular user.

Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorwoman for news and reporting and political reporter for CNN. Her past work includes NBC, CBS and other notable channels. Her productions include certain shows on CNN's weekends like Evans & Novak Late Edition and Inside Politics. Coming to her distinctions and awards Bash was once placed in Women in Washington Power List' by Elle magazine. Bash is widely praised for her incredible skills as an anchor/reporter. This George Washington University grad is an incredibly loving mother of her single child. The single woman had two marriages. Bash has a huge love for all of her fans. Because of this, the American Journalist is on Instagram and Twitter to keep fans informed about her personal life.
